Interior architecture
Located beside a lake the proposal was to connect a prominent piece of land in a historic town with an existing shopping arcade. The new build area would create an informal square and leisure anchor for footfall from both the main shopping street and the existing center. The leasable area would be mixed use and attract the evening crowd as well as day-time shoppers and provide a public recreation zone at the waterfront. Total area of the development is approx. 10,000sqm
